Blue means that the site is status code 200 or the website is operational.

Green means that there is a 300 status code meaning that it could be a 301 like a permanent redirect or a 302 which would mean there is a temporary redirect .
Orange which is status code 400 which could indicate a status code of 410 which means page does not exist or no longer exists.

And lastly there is red and this is a seo's worst color in regards to the web archive because this means error 500 or the server is down or the page is totally and completely gone.
